RETURN (withdrawal from a contract)

1. Pack products and complete the form

In order to reduce the time of the return process we recommend using a special return form. It needs to be downloaded, printed out and completed and then enclosed to the packet with returned item. Please check all data before sending the package.

Please carefully secure and pack the packet. We advise you to wrap the packet in paper or foil and secure it with tape.


2. Send products – you have 14 days to do so

Remember that we do not accept returns with cash on delivery shipment, sent via “e-shipment” services or delivered to pick up points. The cost of return shipping is to be paid by the buyer. 


3. Wait for the refund

The refund will take place within 14 days of receiving the product in the warehouse. The refund of transaction costs depends on the method of payment: in the case of PayPal payment will be returned on the account from which it was send and in the case of cash on delivery method, on account given in a return form.



EXCHANGE

1. Return products

The exchange of products in bewood.pl store involves the return (withdrawal from a contract) of selected items, then placing a new order and making a payment. Please follow the return procedure described above.


2. Place a new order

You may independently place a new order, even on the same day you’ve returned your previous order. Remember to pay for your new order (in the case of the following methods of payment: PayPal or credit card.



COMPLAINT

1. Pack products and complete the form

In order to reduce the time of the complaint process we recommend using undermentioned complaint form – complete the form and enclose it to the packet with returned items. Emphasize that you are making a compliance and specify the reason for it. Please check all data before sending the package.

2. Send products

In the case of the compliant, it is necessary to send us a defective product.

3. Wait for decision

We will inform you when the following decisions are made:
In the case of exchange – we will immediately send you a new product.
In the case of repair – we will immediately send you a repaired product.
In the case of refund – once your complaint is accepted, the refund will be returned immediately, no longer than 14 days after receiving the product in the warehouse.


The refund will take place within 14 days of receiving the product in the warehouse.
The refund depends on the method of payment: in the case of PayU, Przelewy24 and PayPal payment will be returned on the account from which it was send and in the case of cash on delivery method, on account given in a return form.
