1. Pack products and complete the form
In order to reduce the time of the complaint process we recommend using undermentioned complaint form – complete the form and enclose it to the packet with returned items. Emphasize that you are making a compliance and specify the reason for it. Please check all data before sending the package.
Please carefully secure and pack the packet. We advise you to wrap the packet in paper or foil and secure it with tape.
2. Send products
In the case of the compliant, it is necessary to send us a defective product.

3. Wait for decision
We will inform you when the following decisions are made:
In the case of exchange – we will immediately send you a new product.
In the case of repair – we will immediately send you a repaired product.
In the case of refund – once your complaint is accepted, the refund will be returned immediately, no longer than 14 days after receiving the product in the warehouse.
The refund will take place within 14 days of receiving the product in the warehouse.
The refund depends on the method of payment: in the case of PayU, Przelewy24 and PayPal payment will be returned on the account from which it was send and in the case of cash on delivery method, on account given in a return form.
