I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER A CASE WITH MY OWN ENGRAVING. IS IT POSSIBLE?
Of course! We accept and process orders that are fully personalized. Each order is counted individually- we discuss and consult it in order to fulfill our clients’ expectations.

DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?
Yes. We are able to supply your shop with any amount of our products. We have an individual approach to each order, wholesale too. In case of wholesale orders we consult and estimate production and shipping time.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASES?
You can choose between two safe methods of payment:
Bank transfer (traditional). A transfer directly from your bank account to Bewood bank account.
PayPal (recommended payment method)- American company that offers payment services enabling companies and individual clients, who own an email address, to send and receive payments via Internet. PayPal operates as a virtual purse.

WHEN WILL MY ACCOUNT BE CHARGED?
Bewood accepts payments via PayPal. Charging in this case is instant. If for some reason order will be cancelled, you will receive full refund.
In case of bank transfer your account will be charged at the time of acceptance of performed transfer via Internet, bank or traditional post office.

HOW LONG WILL ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?
Each order is for us a priority. We process orders within 1-3 working days. You need to add shipping time depending on selected delivery method.
Individual orders (personalized order) are an exception – these orders are processed within about 5 working days.

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
After making a purchase you will receive a confirmation email. At the time of receiving your order by a courier the message with shipping document number, which enables to track your shipping, will be send to you. We also send informative message regarding order processing.
In case of processing order via post – after posting the package we send email with information regarding order processing.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you purchase order you will receive an order number. On the basis of this number it will be easy for you to determine what is happening with your order. Status of order is also available for clients who have their Bewood account, in section ‘My account’.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Up to the moment of shipping the order it is possible to cancel it without giving a reason. After receiving a shipment by a courier we cannot cancel your order. However, we accept returns. In order to cancel your order please contact us.
It is impossible to cancel or return personalized order-with specific guidelines and production indications.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER PERSONALLY?
Dear client! All the time we are working on the development of our company. Soon it will be possible to collect an order personally.

HOW MUCH WILL I PAY FOR DELIVERY?
Full delivery service offer is available in section → Shipping & Delivery.

I  HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE. HOW DO I APPLY IT?
You may use your code in Basket when purchasing order. Just enter the code and activate it.
