The product is covered by a 12-month warranty provided by the seller, effective from the date the product is handed over to the buyer.
The warranty covers product defects arising from causes inherent in the product, which become apparent during the warranty period. In the event of a valid warranty claim, the product may be repaired, replaced with a defect-free item, or dealt with in another manner agreed with the Buyer, in accordance with the applicable complaints procedure.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, incorrect installation or maintenance, normal wear and tear, mechanical damage, or unauthorised modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorised persons. This warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the Buyer’s statutory rights arising from the provisions on the conformity of the goods with the contract.
