We produce our wooden cases in Poland and we’re proud of it! All cases are produced in our headquarters located in the vicinity of Warsaw. We work very hard on the production of every case, from the design process stage till its shipping. We take full responsibility for our products and, because the entire process is in our hands, we are 100% sure of their quality.

Materials

We put a lot of effort into the production of our cases. We produce it from carefully extracted timber, harvested not only in Poland, but also in the furthest corners of the world.

Oak (Quercus L.) is a genus of a trees or (rarely) high bushes, of Fagaceae family (Fagaceae Dumort). The genus consists of over 200 species occurring mainly in temperate zones in the Northern Hemisphere (among others in Poland) and in high terrains in the tropical zone. Oaks are famous for large sizes, they are the thickest Polish trees and their diameter may exceed 3 metres for the height up to 25-35 metres. Oak wood is relatively heavy and tough, therefore it is commonly used in woodwork and furniture industry. Moreover, it is highly resistant to abrasion. Oak wood is usually yellowish brown and has clearly defined structure with knots characteristic of oak.

Silicone TPU – TPU is a texture which is short for Thermoplastic Polyurethanes. It’s made up of plastic, elastic, rubber-like. Once your phone is getting a fierce collision, TPU case can highly protect your phone without any damage. It’s combined with durable technology and concise material which highly protect your smartphon. Our TPU Case is easy to fit your phote and also comfortable to hold in hand. The corners are reinforced to bear the brunt of any impact and the front has raised edges to protect your smartphone’s screen.

Polycarbonate – Polycarbonate is dimensionally stable, highly rigid, unscented and stable to heat, therefore its form is consistent. Moreover, it is highly resistant to mechanical deterioration. Polycarbonate is matte and pleasant to the touch, that’s why it is a perfect finish of our wooden cases.

Manufacturing precision

The process of production of every case is extremely complex and time consuming. We pay special attention to every, even the smallest aspect of manufacturing. We use the highest quality machines that cut and chase wood with accuracy to 0,01 mm. Significant part of our production is made by hand which is nowadays less and less common. Polishing, lacquering, and precise wood pasting is the effect of our hard handwork. We put our hearts into every wooden case!
